Simultaniety II
Light, Sound and Substance
Light, Sound and substance is a multilayered immersive installation centering on the interplay between timelessness, space lessness, and the fluidity, material and immaterial agency, affect and potentiality of matter and immaterial, creating a space where the boundaries dissolve. It conveys a sense of simultaneity and constant transformation, inviting viewers into an interconnected web of consciousness and awareness. It examines the agency and potentiality, spanning the scientific and the cosmic, while drawing on sources as wide-ranging as New Materialism, Contemporary Physics, sociology, psychology, and contemporary art.
In another layer, the work explores the entanglement of identity, knowledge, and perception, suggesting that reality is in a perpetual state of flux, where everything coexists in a single, unified moment. The immersive installation further delves into the subliminal influence of power and surveillance weaving these themes into a complex and thought-provoking experience.
